Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged by the carrier. We also recommend that the carrier you choose is able to provide proof of delivery for your protection.
Store credit will be provided when the item returns and has been processed by our Returns Department (minus a 20% restocking fee). Any product returned that is not in the original condition when it left our warehouse, will be subject to being returned to you.
2. Damaged Items:
If you receive Damaged or defective items, please contact customer service. We will assist you with replacement and similar product selection, or we will provide you store credit for future use.
3. Undeliverable Orders:
Please take care in providing your shipping information. We do our best matching your address first with the USPS online before creating your shipping label, but it is always better to make sure that you have the right address provided to us. Orders returned to us as undeliverables will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), additional shipping/handling fee (based on actual costs) will apply for US shipping addresses.
